Ok, so you do some Olympic lifts and know how to squat. I'm happy to hear that. its a big plus. Considering some of the noob bullshit we get here regularly I'm happy to hear that.
NOW.... what are your goals? Why do you want to cycle? to be big? Look big ect? If your thinking bodybuilding appearance then you need to change to bodybuilding training. This will require time to get your body used to it.
If you want to put on mass you will need to back off the cross fit.
Do you know the apx macros (total cals, protein, carbs, fat) in your daily diet? For putting on slabs of muscle you will need to add more meat. That is the one thing I can tell from your diet initially. As an example for myself whe I'm not all fucked up and injured like present....I would have 7 meals a day. 1 of those would be a PWO shake. The other 5-6 would each contain at least 6 oz of chicken/beef/lean pork/salmon ect.
If you are good at crossfit then you understand intense training. It should translate well to bodybuilding type training if that's what your after (mass).
If you are after anything say 20 lb or less then AAS is not needed. If you want to be 220 + ect... then yes by all means go for it once you have prepared yourself. But without gaining another 20 lb natty you would really be cheating yourself out of an awesome experience.
