Critique My Bulking Diet

Hey, let me know what you think I should change around in my bulking diet based on the stats below:

Stats:
Age: 17
Height: 6'2
Weight: 179lb
BF: 11%

Diet:
Calories: 3283
Fats: 56g
Carbs: 427g
Protein: 273g

Foods:

Egg whites
Peanut Butter
Cottage Cheese
So Good Soy Milk
Subway Sandwhich (footlong and 6")
Tuna
Chicken
Whole wheat bread
Whole wheat pasta
Whey Protein (48g of protein)

you probably should change total calories to like 3300-3800
 
how can I get in more calories without significantly increasing my intake of fat/carbs

EDIT: Added some whole wheat pasta to my diet, check the values again.
