CRITIQUE My Back, Trap, Biceps, & Forearm Routine

Please critique my workout for today-

Back.
wide-grip front chins 2 sets 6-8 reps
bent-over rows (alt. overhand/underhand grip) 4 sets 6-8 reps
heavy deadlifts 2 sets 6-8 reps

Traps.
db shrugs 2 sets 6-8 reps
dynamic bb shrugs 2 sets 6-8 reps

Biceps.
seated close-grip bb preachers 2 sets 6-8 reps
incline alt. db zottman curls 2 sets 6-8 reps
standing bb reverse curls 2 sets 6-8 reps

Forearms.
3 sets of farmer's walks
3 giant sets of- seated bb wrist curls, reverse ez-bar wrist curls, plate curls, db towel holds, and db finger flexion.

back, bis and traps look good to me :)
But the forearms i dont like, i would just do 2 or 3 sets of wrist curls and reverse curls or any other two exercises, that huge last set is the way to go if you want overtrained forearms!
remember they get worked from just about everything else, just finich them off with one or two exercises.

other stuff looks solid bro!
 
Looks like a solid schedule.Same as your chest and delt routine, you've included some quality exercises and a fair amount of volume.I like it.
 
Welsh power house-
Right now I am really emphasizing on forearms a lot more so that kinda volume is okay for me to do. Thanks for the reply though..
