Critique me please.

okay.. i just started 30 gm dbol 2 weeks ago. i will add 300 ml deca in one week, and then 500 ml sustanon 250 two weeks later..

i will run the dbol for 5 weeks, the deca for 7, and the sust for 10.

how does this sound to everyone?

i am 25, 5'10", 225 (but up to 240 since i started the dbol).
before this cycle my max bench was 285. but now that ive started the dbol, its up to about 330.

this is my first cycle


also, i would like you to help me with my diet.. what should i change?
(7:00 am)breakfast: 2 tuna fish sandwiches (1 can of tuna each sandwich)
(10:30 am)1st lunch: some rice, vegetables, plenty of meat.. maybe chicken, pork, beef
(12:30 pm)2nd lunch: pretty much the same thing, less rice and vegies, more meat.
(4:00 pm)snack: two peices of fruit
(9:00 pm) dinner: 2 or three tuna sandwiches, or soup with tuna in it (2-3 cans of tuna)

i drink about 3 litres of water/day
i am not doing cardio during this cycle.

my main concern: is the time between my 2nd lunch and dinner too long to go without protein?


also.. if you could help me on my work out.. it would be much appreciated as well...

wed: back
thurs:shoulders, traps
frid: off
sat: arms (bis and tris)
sun: legs
mon: off

i have been working out for about 5 years.

wish i coulda gained that much weight with dbol that fast. :verygood: i would extend the deca out to 10 weeks if you could. eat maddddd calories.
what is ur bodyfat btw?
 
um.. id guess its 18-20 percent. yeah... probably around 18.. i used to be 270, and my body fat was 27.. and now im lighter and stonger, so thats what im basing my body fat on. (im in thailand, and dont know where to go to get my body fat tested)
 
damn bro you should have trimmed down with that bf before using aas. also why didn't you start it all at the same time. whatever, deca should be run for 10-12 weeks.
 
Diet's good with the whole foods but it wouldnt hurt to get in more calories, possibly through a whey protein supplement bro
 
shit man.. i thought i already eat too much as it is!

the people at the canteen (we get free lunches at work) are already pissed of at me cause of the huge portions i take, plus, im always robbing the food tray of the meat..

k.. ill do my best to try to up the calories..

If i could do one thing from my first cycle again it would be to do cardio while on a bulking cycle, espically at your bf%, this will allow you to consume the high calories and mantain a healthy heart.
