critique diet please.

my stats, i'm 6'5" 245lbs. i've recently lost 40lbs. i still have a soft midsection and loose tits. i'm looking to do a some bulking while burning the rest of my fat off. i've been told several small meals aday. heres what i'm eating. i realize you guys are gonna think the diet is shitty but thats why i'm asking for advice. thanks.


6am- serving of eggbeaters,slice of cheese and a slice of bread

8am-half can of tuna w/light mayo and slice of bread

10am-half cup of rice, half of a chicken breast, half can of spinach

12pm-two hard boiled eggs

2pm-half can of tuna w/light mayo and a slice of bread

3pm-workout

5pm-protien shake

7pm-serving of fish or chicken half can of spinach


i appreciate all help.
 
bro, you need to be eating about double that!! you are 245... which means to maintane that u should have around 2800-2900. if you want to bulk up a little just add 500 cals/day to your maintanance level. but the diet you posted is just way to low IMO. shoot for around 3300 cals with about 400 protein.
 
dude check out mr x's ckd diet it fuckin rocks so far i have droped 1% B.F AND GAINED 2 lbs in 3 weeks and i still havent quite got it right
