my stats, i'm 6'5" 245lbs. i've recently lost 40lbs. i still have a soft midsection and loose tits. i'm looking to do a some bulking while burning the rest of my fat off. i've been told several small meals aday. heres what i'm eating. i realize you guys are gonna think the diet is shitty but thats why i'm asking for advice. thanks.
6am- serving of eggbeaters,slice of cheese and a slice of bread
8am-half can of tuna w/light mayo and slice of bread
10am-half cup of rice, half of a chicken breast, half can of spinach
12pm-two hard boiled eggs
2pm-half can of tuna w/light mayo and a slice of bread
3pm-workout
5pm-protien shake
7pm-serving of fish or chicken half can of spinach
