crippling pump in calf

I wwas just laying on the bed having a little nap when my right calf got a huge pump more painful than anything I've felt weight training. Lasted about 30 seconds, not sure if this was a muscle spasm because it flexed right up and i was struggling to unflex the muscle. As of now almost 10 hours later I cant even walk without limping.

A little worried. Never had a muscle do that before, certainly not during a nap.

Im taking var, masteron, test, and clen right now. I just started taking a product called Xpand its a creatine ethyl ester, glutamine AKG & A-AKG. It is suppose to give an incredible pump. Ive been using it for about 5 days, and i have to admit i noticed it the very first day i took it, 4 caps pre w.o. and 4 post.

Im thinking this calf problem may have been caused by the Xpand.

It was a muscle cramp, you need more potasium (i know i spelled that wrong). The easiest thing to do is to go to your grocery and get a salt substitute, it is about 600mg potasium.

I agree. Also, drink at least a gallon of water. Preferrably 1 1/2 gallons a day.

I've been known to get calf cramps in my sleep during double and 3-a-days for football. Seeing that you're on clen and from reading what I've read, you may want to supplement with Potassium as well as Taurine and drink plenty of water.

Ok guys. Thanks for the input. I drink about 10 glasses of water a day, I also eat 2 bananas ed.Not sure if thats enough potassium or not. I'll look into getting my hands on some taurine.

This is my first time using clen as well. Today is my second day at 100mcg. I started at 40,60,80,100 and now 100.

I will also say that until I hit the 100mcg mark i didnt notice anything. As of now I feel hotter than normal and a little shaky. Prolly wont be going to 120mcg unless these sides go away.

I get calf cramps all the time, and I don't use clen.

They're very easy to get rid of: Just stretch the muscle. Sit on the floor with that leg straight out in front ofyou. Grab the balls of that foot and slowly pull it towards you. Don't force it. Use a gentle, relaxed movement. The cramps with disappear within seconds.

Drink more water and take 3-5g of Taurine/day - the cramping are probabley related to the clen and/or var.
