Words can't describe it...some bizzarre "Twiilight Zone" music with random interruptions by a female voice with a distinct "Valley Girl" flare indignantly shouting "hellooooo!"

I hear that Hello in my sleep, and one of the guys locally that drives a truck was just arrested on more than 100 counts of various lewd and lascivious acts with minors. He was carting 12 year old girls around in his ice cream truck, exposing himself and trying to get them to touch him.

The worst part of it is, he was unlicensed to drive the Ice Cream Truck and was running around two counties, so there's bound to be more kids turn up as being molested.
