Hey guys!
I'm looking to upgrade, well, create an entire stack of supplements. I need it to be NCAA compliant, so it's going to probably be far more natural than some may suggest. I'm going to be posting a picture of my body in this thread, along with basic statistics. I'm just looking to get supplements that will help foster better, faster and more mass in my muscle building, and keep my body healthy and performing on and off the field. That would include vitamins, oils, energy, pre-workout, post-workout, pre-bed, morning, and even help with my diet, if you can!
I'm training to join the Syracuse or North Carolina men's lacrosse team, it's still a toss up right now but I want to make sure I'm compliant with necessary rules whiles giving myself the best fuel to increase my athletic ability and overall health.
