creatine?

to start off i should say im 15 yrs old and play football and lacrosse for my highschool. im a good athlete, being 1 of the 3 freshman to make the JV team in football, and 1 of the 2 kids from my town to make allstar western massachusetts lacrosse team. anyways, im only 5'4 and 120 lbs, and i've started working out with my stepdad. to help me buff up, im drinking creatine after workouts. my mom is concerned im too young and that it will affect my growth, and that i will become more aggresive. am i too young to take creatine?
 
i dont think you are too young too. creatine will not effect thr growth of your bones. it will not make you rage. it will help u push out those last couple reps in ur workout. i would take 10 mgs of creatine everyday an hour beore u lifted and 3 protein shakes a day along with a good diet. dont go to heavy with the weights. but stick to major excercise like push ups pull ups curls bench and what not. looking back i wish i did that. consitency is the key
 
You’re all set (good information from Its_all_genetics), one thing to add if you take creatine, remember to drink more water as per creatine acts as a diuretic, and will all the sports you're playing, you’ ill need your water!
