to start off i should say im 15 yrs old and play football and lacrosse for my highschool. im a good athlete, being 1 of the 3 freshman to make the JV team in football, and 1 of the 2 kids from my town to make allstar western massachusetts lacrosse team. anyways, im only 5'4 and 120 lbs, and i've started working out with my stepdad. to help me buff up, im drinking creatine after workouts. my mom is concerned im too young and that it will affect my growth, and that i will become more aggresive. am i too young to take creatine?
