How many of you lovely ladies take this if any? Also will i gain alot of weight from this? Is it worth it? Lemme know.

I have used it in the past and currently not using it because my bottle spilled... you will retain some water but I found for gaining lean muscle mass it helps also you are not as sore after crazy workouts... that is just me though lots of ladies don't like it.. so you have to see for yourself...

Cool thanks for the info. I just need a boost for weightlifting. I feel so weak on my bicep curls.
