As i was starting to BB i bought a tub of creatine tablets which are 1000mg (1g?) each tablet. The instructions on the tub state you should take 3, 3 times a day during loading, then 2-4 tablets per day after that.
After the loading stage that 2-4g per day doesnt seem enough to me, is there any hard and fast rule son this stuff. Is there an amount you shouldnt go above and is there a minimum amount recommended?
Also im gonna get powdered stuff once the tablets are gone, how is this stuff taken?
