Creatine

Does anyone here take creatine?

They have one at a store near my house that is mixed with taurine and other stimulants and I was thinking of buying some but thought I should check what you guys think first.

I take 5grams daily. Some people go up to 15 though. Mine is pure, not mixed with anything.
