*CREATINE* while on a Ketogenic Diet

I was curious as to what you all recommend for creatine on REST days?? I am doing a ketogenic diet and taking 10g before and after my workout on training days and I was wondering what should I do on REST DAYS!!??

Duchaine recomended loading on the creatine before you begin the keto diet. Then he reccomended using the loading dose on your carb loading days. He felt this would help to truly supercompensate and fill the muscle w/ glycogen and atp.
 
Studies show that only 2-3 grams of supplemental creatine is needed per day to maintain levels after the muscles have been loaded.10 grams b4 and after your workouts is overkill and a waste of your hard earned $.Try 5 gr before and after your workouts and only 5gr on off days.If you would like to compliment the creatine,add 3 gr of ribose powder to each creatine dose.They each work by somewhat different pathways,and are synergistic.
 
Your wasting creatine.Your body will not absorb that much at a time...you will piss it out.You are much better off with my suggestion.
