creatine while cutting? and other intriguing questions...

so creatine while cutting? yay or nay?

how about body weight exercises on off days; will that lead to over training?

say i do chest and tris with weights. then the next day go a few rounds on the heavy bag, run, skip rope , etc. then do like 40-50 pushups, pullups, dips. just light body weight stuff. will that lead to over training?

also, does anyone have experience with creatine and using a multi vitamin pack at the same time (im talking animal pack in paticular). thanks guys!
 
it works good if you're cutting or whatever. i use multi vitamin and creatine myself. i think they're good but amino acids are best for you overall. they should help. if you're cutting just do your regular routine and up the cardio to 45min a day or so. good luck

generally speaking, those are active recovery exercises and wont lead to overtraining. Just use your judgement to limit the intensity level, and you shouldnt fatigue yourself. Everybody is different, there are no universal answers. Try it and see how you do.
 
If you were taking creatine before and now you are starting a cutting phase then IMO keep taking it. It will help keep your strength up while cutting and help you maintain size.
