Creatine question??

I was just wondering if any of you ladies were using creatine now? If so, how do you figure out how much you should take in a day? Any answers? Suggestions?

I am not right now but I have done several cycle of Satur8 also recently tried sample of SAN V12 which is creatine and NO2 shit was the bomb. Great pumps insane boast for the workout too. For both of those I mentioned there is scope in them take one scope pre-workout.

Have you already picked up some? If so what kind and I can better direct you on how to take it.
 
I have seen that V12 stuff but I am on a tight budget right now so I just picked up some Creatine Monohydrate at Longs (like a small Wal-Mart) Right now I am taking about 6,200mg daily. They are in pill form and I take them through out the day with my Taurine and I have been taking 4 of the 10 daily pills an hour before my workout. Is this ok? Is that too much?

How are you loading them? Monohydrate needs to be loaded with dextross.
 
I've been using V-12 for 3 months. Not real sure what it did for me though because I've been training, dieting & focusing so hard that I'm sure everything I've done has contributed a little bit.

If it is pure monohydrate it needs to be loaded. Post the ingrediant listings.

Like you said Sassy every little bit helps. I found it gave me a great pump and I felt like a superstar throught the workout. Maybe you should mail in some pics to SAN before and after of your 3 months they wont care what else you were doing to help IE perfect diet and training just the results of before and after. Sure to get you some free stuff at the least and at most a spot in an ad.
