Creatine On Ketogenic Days?

I am totally confused about how to supplement with creatine on non-carb days? I am thinking about taking 10g of creatine + 2g of vitamin C postworkout. Is this okay?

What about on non-training ketogenic days 10g also? And on carb-up days Ill be taking around 30g.

Your gym owner is a dumbass, Weightlifting is possibly the best use for creatine because of the length and force of the muscle contractions
