Test/dbol cycle...test 400mg 12 weeks and dbol 40-50mg 4-6 weeks......should i add creatine to add mass? i know its just water weight and ill get that anyway from the dbol kickstarting my cycle but would it help with strength?

what are some things i can take other than the dbol to increase my strength and mass?

well with this cycle, you're definitely gonna get a huge increase in strength from the dbol and test...but keep the dbol at 40mg ED for 4 weeks TOPS...if anything, you could throw on some EQ for 12 weeks and bump the test up to 14 weeks for some added lean mass and strength...if you're against EQ, add some winny or anavar at 50mg ED for the last 8 weeks to add some strength and lean down some of that added water weight you're gonna be getting...

i would save the creatine for pct unless u run var. it will really help your to hold onto every last bit of strength/size as the aas leaves your system.

here's the lowdown on creatine:

-The latest study's seem to show that its not only water weight, but actually contributes to increased sattelite cell activity to cause a hyperplasia of sorts in reaction to excercize. in other words helps build new muscle cells

- creatine is synergistic with dbol and also with anavar, just via different mechanisms. with dbol, more creatine will find its way to muscle cells by taking advantage of dbol's powerful glycogen supercompensation and retention effects

- in any case, the increased water weight means bigger muscle, bigger muscle means more leverage, more leverage means more weight can be lifted = more size being built

agreed. im in pct and it does help keep you from dwindling away.

I use CEE 365. I have cycled it before and can really tell a diffefence when I don't take it. Kidney functions are fine so I just make it part of my day.
If I ever wanted to REALLY cut - I would go off.

That is good info cause I just finished my cycle today and ordered CTD Labs Kre-Alkalyn to go along with my PCT. Hoping to finally keep the size I worked so damn hard to achieve. BTW, has anyone tried their products. I heard they are pretty damn good. Of course, this was coming from my sales rep from my supplement supplier.

all the Kre-Alkalyn products are licensed from the same company, so its just packaging and price that are different.

I like The KA -- you can load and maintain without sugars - except for postworkout when I use eas phosphagen HP, KA is the only creatine I use

Why 4 weeks tops for D-bol? While it is 17-aa, it isn't going to give you cirrosis of the liver in 4 weeks....or even 6 to 8 but meh.

Kre-Alkalyn is by far the best creatine i have used. Personally i wouldnt waste my money on monohydrate or Ethyl Ester.

How's the purity levels of kre-alkalyn .. i've read that many creatine versions have some issues with having not filtered out some of the chems utilized in its production.
Subsequently, I try and find Creatine with the "CREAPURE" label.

It's not a right or wrong answer. Of course, I think if you're going to use creatine, you might as well use BIG BLAST and get the benefits of NO2, whole egg and plasma protein. That can be a tremendous boost while on cycle yet the appeal of using it PC isn't for any recuperative effect, but just as a "replacement" for the loss of water and nitrogen retention.
