Creatine on Cycle - Yes / NO...???

I have been cycling creatine for about six months and have had very favorable results...( Now I'm on my first AAS cycle ) SUS_250 ((Sun. 250mg/1ML & Tues 125mg/.5ml & Thurs 125mg/.5ML))

I'm all geeked...in anticipation of the Sus kicking in...workingOUT 5 days a week / 1 body group at a time...heavy, with close to 200+grams of protein (mostly via food (chicken, tuna, sardines fish / ED) - is the use of creatine and its benefits going to be amplified....or over shadowed...?

The question I have is, is it a good idea to continue my creatine cycle during the gear cycle - considering all of the benefit the Sus is supposed to be showing in about another week or two (tongue in cheek) - or is it a waste of effort and or money....any body with some personal insight on this one...?



Any insight from anyone...?
 
I go off creatine when on cycle. Then, hit it right after.

But, I used it when I did var.
 
I got off it for my first cycle A. to decrease the water retention and B. to hopefully help keep my gains if I hit my body with it right after it downs from test

Creatine decreases water retention?

Most people says it increases it.

EXACTLY....Creatine increases water retention and so does test so I got off of it to help minamize the water retention so I dont get it from Creatine and test


Infact I got off all supps durring besides of course protein.

Once off I plan to stack with general supps to keep my body fuled when it starts hateing me for the drop in test levels.

I got off, anabolic amino, creatine & volumizer with glutamine and argine

Once I'm off cycle I'm going to load them back up and hopefully retain a little more!

Thats just my .02 though

I've heard that some like to go off for cycle and then back on as part of post cycle. Not for recovery purposes, but to help keep gains and strength. Any truth to this? Its actually what I am planning to do. To be honest creatine hasn't done too much for me in the past.

agreed, waste of a supp when your on, always good for pct
 
I stopped using it years ago but I'm trying it again on this cycle since its supposed to be good with Anavar due to the whole ATP thing.
 
save your creatine for pct.. its a great addition.. after cycle when you start to feel flat throw in some creatine monohydrate it will blow you up again.. i highly recomend it..

I've found scientifically and physically for me it is more beneficial to take a 5g dose before work out weather on or off cycle as the main purpose of Creatine is to lengthen your ATP stores for prolonged energy duration. I also do not believe in a loading phase (as I believe it is due to marketing propaganda to make buyers use more)

then 5g's Glutamin after...just a side note when stacking glutamine and creatine ;o)
 
I always save creatine for when I'm OFF, especially during P C T. I won't argue whether or not it *could* benefit while ON (I'm sure it has merit)... but with everything else that's going on as a result of the A A S, how much in the way of look or feel do you actually get from creatine? Whereas something like glutamine and aminos aid in recovery, immune system, etc., I use those all the time, ON or OFF.

Alot of stimulants these days are "all-inclusive", and they throw in CEE... in that case, why not....couldn't hurt.
