Creatine in a Diet

Ok Im looking to gain a little more strength after my next cutting cycle in a week..

Im going to be eating the basic brown rice/chicken lots of eggs and ive always got my ON whey protein to back that up - now heres the thing
i want to try creatine but not sure how to start this out..where can i pick up creatine? how much will it be and how much should i take (im not trying to get huge just a little bit more of a boost in my strength is what im looking for)

I dont claim to be an expert but the prevailing knowledge seems to be go with something with creapure in it ( if it has it the bottle will say so) and you should be taking about 5g a day. i dont know about loding periods
 
red meat has creatine in it. not the supraphysiological doses your looking for though.

try a creatine monohydrate, its all the same shit, monohydrate is cheap I can buy a lbs for 20 $ canadian at a local grocery store.
 
Go to GNC and read the label on their brand of Creatine... then buy the cheapest brand of creatine monohydrate you can find... it's all the same...
