I don't have any specific info.
But, more often than not you're PAYING for conveniences such as this. My rule of thumb and I'm a cheap ass, is to always go for most 'bang for your buck' on individual supplements.
It all goes to the same place anyway.
Doing so, i will admit, leaves me with taking a very large amount of individual caps and pills. Especially in the AM for my first dose. But, I survive and my pocket is fatter for it.
Don't pay too much extra for creatine or glutamine in protein shakes, generally, etc., basically.
