Today was my final day of "loading it" for the last 5 days i have been consuming it.. powder form 20-30grams daily (4-6 tea spoon)
i can either go heavy loading 20-30 grams daily or i can go the cheaper alternative which is light loading 5 grams... both these were descripted on the package i have no idea what [path to go to...
stats: 185cms
239pounds
body fat roughly 29-32%
gym 4 times a week... i was thinking loading it heavy on gym days and going light on cardio/rest days..
if i was to go light... when is the best time to take it... 1 hour before weights 30mins?
and heavy what type of dosage is best? i have been doing 1 table spoon at 9am, 2 table spoons at 2pm lift at 3... 1 table spoon at 8.. jog at 9
