I'm currently cutting, and after my initial fat loss I plan to add creatine into my supplement stack, specifically SAN V12. When would be the best time to start a creatine cycle? While cutting, during maintenance period, or while bulking? Thanks
cell tech is creatine monohydrate and dextrose (simple sugar). you can buy those ingredients VERY cheaply at any internet store... the dextrose is actually better to buy locally... at lets say... a brewery....
