I wouldent take creatine on a cutting cycle, unless with NO2, belive it or not, the delivery system in NO2 will/shouldnt allow water retention, otherwise striclty on a bulking cycle! I personaly wont take creatine at all dude to the water retention being such a pain in the ass! but from what ive read and what i was told, with NO2 there is no water retention with creatine, because its delivered straight into the muscle. Anyone have any input on this?
