Ive been using CEE for a few weeks now. Definitely feeling a little better anaerobic endurance & power. Perfect for running intervals/sprints and for oly lift/plyometric days.
i use creatine 10mg a day once with breakfast and one after workout. I Do MMA, Mostly Muay Thai and BJJ. I notice a difference with explosive strength and holding power when I am cranking that rear naked or that ankle. Also stamina wise it has done wonders for me.
