When using creatine and whey protein shakes, is there any certain combination on which i should take pre workout and post workout?
Example 10grams of creatine mono 30mins prior to workout and then 50 grams of whey protein post workout.
I really need the whey protein shakes because with my work schedule its really hard to consume 200grams of protein per day on real food. I'm looking for about 50-75 grams of protein in the shakes.
My daily schedule is as follows:
4:30am Wake up
5:00am Leave for work
7:30pm Arrive home from work
7:30 - 8:30pm Do my paperwork
8:30-9:00 Workout (have my own gym)
9:00- 9:30 Shower and try to grab a quick snack
9:30pm Bedtime and repeat
I do this Mon-Friday, fortunately I'm off on the weekends
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
