Should is be used before or after a workout and how much grams? I use creatine before workout.

Before is ok. Take it with creatine and High GI shake. Id divide up the dose. 5-10 g twice a day is great.

For best results you should take 10 grams of glutamine 30 minutes before you workout and 10 grams of glutamine after you workout.
