okie dokie good friends heres one thats stumped me

currently on cycle of tri test 400 2ml a week,deca 200 3ml a week,winny 30mg a day roughly and 50mg of proviron was running just test for a few weeks prior, in the last couple of gym sessions ive been experiencing serious cramping of the muscle worked post work out, everything will be fine while training, protien shake and home as usual then after an hour maybe 2 after training chest i was cramping up all evening just from the slightest movements i was locking up, now today after back and forearms and biceps my forearms continuosly lock up and tense up, i drink alot of water so dehydration has to be out i eat 2-3 bananas a day usually and its only really started the last couple of days when itroduced the winny? any ideas
 
i drink water consistently throughout the day i cnt see how it could be dehydration, and heart health im 22 so i cant see it being heart health? how would i check this
 
^^ check your bp. testosterone will raise bp no doubt. you probably are taking too much of it.. 800mg a week is too much. and deca you are running too high a dose too.. 300 is ample.. you are running twice that .. your poor kidneys

why such high dosages when you are gonna get cramps while you workout? makes no sense to me. lower the dosages.. if you are getting sides how do you expect to bust your ass in the gym?
 
Your runnin a lot of compounds bro be careful..
Winny is known to dry you out and kill joints not sure
about cramping though. Either dehydration or BP me thinks

thats a lot of juice! a whole lot.. why are you running all those together at that dosage? what is your cycle history like and full stats?

1 drink more water.. if you are drinking a lot drink more...if you are drinking a ton drink more
2 add potassium supps and sea salt.. i really like 'mortons light salt' its potassium chloride and i just sprinkle some in my water bottles throughout the day
3 add taurine try 5g if that doesnt work try 10g
4 complex carbs pre/post workout
5 stretching and cooling down properly
6 its gonna sound crazy but you could lower your dosage say 50& and i bet they stop

Exactly, he needs to keep hydrated better, the winny is the main culprit or he is just down right out of shape..
 
Try cutting your Proviron dosage back.Proviron is an estrogen antagonist which prevents the aromatization of steroids. Proviron already prevents the aromatizing of steroids, therefore gynecomastia and increased water retention are successfully blocked. You are essentially drying yourself out and Proviron will cause muscle cramping at medium to high doses. Remember , this is what this particular steroid is designed to do is dry you out and give you a hardened look, so drop your dose back and drink more water and you should be fine..
 
the exact same thing happened to me when i started taking epistane. my forearms locked up whenever i would move my arm too much after hitting back or biceps. and started happening a little bit on my last beastdrol cycle. i actually felt it was happening from a lack of water retention..

I find it hard to believe its dehydration my pee is always pure see through no discolouration and I defo pee regularly I even have to get up in the nite to finish the job, the main reason for the dosage is just a front load steve but maybe your right its probably gonna come down to droppin the dosages and see how I get on, plus drop the winny me thinks, and the cramps don't come wile training steve there jus for a couple if hours post work out, in the gym I'm 1oo% like I have been for 8 years.cheers bro's

I think you maybe right probably tightening up to much to quick!
 
its after the workout when you burned all the sugar in the muscles.. they are basically running on empty and having problems functioning.

are you taking any carbs pre/during/post workout.

the problem is not the water level in your kidneys its getting the water into the muscles. prov/winny is making that difficult.

this makes sense. another reason clen gave me cramps, i was too dried out on it.

front loading with extremely high dosages like that is totally unnecessary, it will only bring you sides. kickstarting a cycle with 20mg dbol is a better way. IMO.

surprised this is the only side you are complaining about with those dosages!
 
Ya I have only had that problem when I took winny. Try pediolyte before workouts. That helped me but I was having severe cramps. Also what helped me is to not get too hot.
 
hahaha glow in the dark piss i get that on b12's also lol, judo i think your on the money ive taken out the winny today and slowly starting to feel better just keeping at it, dbol believe it or not does next to nothing for me steve! lol im sticking with the proviron cause ive been wanting to use it for a while and see how it feels and works, guys thank for the help sincerely! and ill be sure to update on any progress and any more problems of corse haha! peace!
