Cramps..

Lately they have been bad, Ab cramps, Quad, Hammy, foot.. They been poppin up daily. This mean im not taking in enough water? Ive been drinking a lot, but it would seem as though its not enough. Right now crusing at 500mg sust and 450mg EQ in week 9.
 
Deff gotta do some more stretching, i slack on that. But its not just while working out, ill be layin down with a girl and my hamstring will cramp up outta nowhere. The other night i was having sex and got a cramp in my lower abs that made me wanna die. Im gonna try and up my water intake even more and maybe eat a banana or two for the potassium. That might help.. Just started last week outta nowhere.
 
potassium and lots of water..sounds like your dehydrated..when i get really dehydrated i get bad cramps where i cant even lay down cramps all over especially toes ...drink some gatorade electrolytes
 
Just dont wanna take in the extra carbs, especially at night which is when it happens the most. Ill just make sure i keep a few bottles of water near me when im home from work. I been getting the one in the arch of your foot...hate it. Look like a jackass when you are doing dips and all of a sudden you catch a cramp. lol
 
gatorade has that low carb shit now...less sugar...there some drinks also that have alot of vitamins potassium electrolytes in it sugar free..i forget there name though..id check them out
 
get some patasium pills... as stated above.... they also make a patasium and coral calcium mix in pill form take a few of them spread through out the day
 
Ill check those out... kept a glass of water by my desk all day yesterday, didnt cramp up at all. I had a hour and a half workout last night, then walked 4 miles on the boardwalk and no cramps. Definitely from dehydration...

Go to target or walmart or sporting good store and buy a water bottle with measurement on it so you can start measuring water intake.

I have a 32 oz bottle and I know exactly how much water I take in everyday.

If you drink a normal amount of water and eat a banana or two a week you should be fine. Check your supps, you may already have plenty of potassium in your diet. You do NOT want to overdose on it. You will black out, no big deal but it can happen. Look into magnesium! Magnesium deficiency is more common than potassium deficiencies when it comes to cramping - especially in athletes. My cramping went away when I started taking ZMA.. Banana's are my alternative to potatoes, I go through 2lbs a week easy. I would still get cramps, especially after I would work out legs.

I'm one of those dudes that walk around with a one gallon jug for a cup. :D I pick up 8 when I shop on Sunday.. One for the fridge, bitches get thirsty at my house. Then a gallon per day for me.. Along with whatever else I drink..

I was thinking of going to straight bottled spring water.. They did a study on the water and said with all the women pissing out the birth control their is estrogen in the water.,

I heard about our plastics releasing E into the substances in them and that's the real reason girls and boys seem to be growing so much faster than people back in the day, it has nothing to do with the hamburgers and little debbie snack cakes...mmmmm...swiss rolls..

i hate watching my mouth on fridays...ugh..

I use the local store (publix) brand "spring water" it's really R.O filtered and then ozonated.. Taste like Zypherhills.. 60 cents a jug and I don't have to worry.. grab it and go in the morning...
 
I buy the cases of 24 poland spring bottles. I run through those fairly quickly at the house, especially since I have company every night. At work we have a filtration system so I just keep gettin up and filling a cup up. Sometimes it gets busy over here and I dont get a chance to get up though, i should get something bigger to fill. Ill look into the magnesium... Got a baseball game tonight, and its friday and i havent had a drink in a few weeks thanks to trying to take care of 2 girlfriends at once (alternating nights, and no they dont know about each other) so I have had no time with the boys, tonight i might have to do it up a little bit. Gotta make sure I get in that water though throughout.
 
Also for instant relief - TONIC WATER.. Seriously, like if you have cramps NOW, drink Tonic Water, they will be gone in minutes..

I keep a bottle next to the bed...
