Cramping

I am having a problem that I am cramping up quite a bit.
I am taking potassium supps and drinking 3+ liters of water per day.
The cramps come when I move or bend or twist in a strange position...

Any ideas on what else I can do to make these go away?

3 liters is not enough. I would say take it to 5+ liters. Your taking potassium supps? Are you also taking Clen? If so you need 1.5 gallons a day to prevent the cramps from personal experience.

no clen...not yet at least....I will up the water and see how that goes....and yes I am taking Potassium supps.....

I have been for awhile now, when I was playing college soccer I would cramp up really bad from all the running, so since working out I have been taking it so I cramp less.

I agree with Al: start by doubling your water intake. Also, your potassium-sodium balance might be skewed by the supplemental K, particularly if you've simultaneously tried to eliminate salt from the foods you eat. If the water thing doesn't work, drop the potassium supplements and/or add a bit more salt to your diet.
