Hey all,
Well I was standing around the office today and got a cramp in my Quad. This wouldn't really bother me too much, but the last week or two I have felt different muscles want to cramp up. Is this a diet imbalance? (Sodium / Potassium maybe??)
I warm up before lifting, then lift and finally do about 30 minutes of cardio afterwards (warming down at the end of the cardio) and finish up with some good streaching. Any ideas on what casues this or does it "just go with the territory"??
