Ok yes most people get warm (specifically on the first few cycles) after that at least for me its not so bad at all, but yeah waking up sweating happens. Not a big deal, doesnt hurt at all just the way it is.
Prop is a pain in the ass and will stick around for up to 5-7 days, use multiple injection sites and keep them rotating.
I haven never shot peimo anywhere
if you mean primo yes you can shoot it in the shoulder, you can shoot anything in the delts, quads, ass and to some extent bis - Id stay away from the calf not too pretty and lots of nerves to hit down there. Volume will be smaller in the smaller muscle but basically if you can take the pain you can shoot it.
