I agree with genarr3. Think about it....10lbs of muscle (has to be quality)and lower 3% of your bodyfat in 5 weeks. NO WAY. There's nothing you could take to help you achieve that in 5 weeks. If you could, then why the hell are we all doing 8-10-12-14 week cycles to finish with the same result?

he didn't say 10lbs of muscle, just 10 lbs of lean mass. Fina adds that much intracellular fluid in 2-3 weeks.

at his size it is much easier to gain weight...d-bol should be added you need to put on 20lbs and then shred the fat..it can be done but I don't know about betting $250. I would do d-bol and prop for 4 weeks followed by 2 weeks of DNP and fina.
 
If you're at 11% bf you'd have to lose 4.15 lbs of fat and gain 14.15 lbs of muscle to be at 175lbs and 8%. That looks intense.

10% you'd have to lose 2.5lbs fat and gain 12.5lbs muscle.
 
I did the calculatoins, starting next monday i have exactly 6 weeks to do it. THis is my new cycle hopefully to achieve it.
1-4 dbol 35mg/d
1-6 prop 60mg/ed
1-6 fina 50mg/ed

followed by the last two weeks of intense cardio and dieting.
 
There is no way to do this in the amount of time you're talking about. Just pay the 250 to your buddy. Gaining 14lbs of lean mass (legit lean mass) would be tough even with gear in 6 weeks. Losing 4lbs of fat would be tougher than it sounds but easier than gaining the muscle. But to do the 2 together is impossible. The ONLY way to gain significant amounts of muscle is to have a caloric surplus while the ONLY way to lose fat is a caloric deficit. I would say, with a perfect diet and w/o routine and with a perfect combo of gear (you are at a disadvantage b/c 6 weeks is not an ideal cycle length) you could see the lbm increase and MAYBE and I do mean maybe you could keep from gaining any fat (this will be tough) and would end up at 175 and 9%. That would be possible the best results I have ever seen in such a short period. The question is, "are you really 10-11% now?" 10% is really lean, I'm talking definite abs and pretty striated. Most people think they are lower than they are and I have seen pics on this site of people that claim to be around 10-12% that are no way below 20%. You've got a tough road bro but good luck and at the end just think, with that 250 you're gonna lose you could have bought a few bottles of test.

That would come to about 2lbs muscle/wk.

You can do it if you don't fuck up!

If you're not taking creatine, then start taking it in about 1 week from now. That right there will add at least 6lbs on you. (6lbs of lean water ;) )

If you're already on creatine, well, just keep taking it. It would be better to use it PCT but since $250 (and your pride) is on the line, you don't wanna lose any water.


I'd re-prioritize a bit.
* Cut back on your hours at work
* Do some AM exercise (yoga is great for lowering cortisol)
* get on an effective training regimen
* Train 8-12 times a week, not 4 (you won't get cut enough). Do HIIT (this counts as training). Do abs every day (this counts as training). Train your transverse abdominus.
* get some supps. I recommend:
-- ALCAR (AF or BAC)
-- Green Tea (1 gallon/day - organic)
-- R-ALA (AF or BAC)
-- Yohimburn (Avant)
-- Creatine
-- injectible b-12
-- Life Extension Mix. It is expensive. Suck it up.
* Sleep well, take naps. Relax, don't stress out. Stay away from work and other stressful situations.

Drink a lot of water. This will help lower cortisol, raise GH, and help your body recover and deal with waste byproducts. 1.5 gallons at a minimum. Drink a lot before, during and after you train.

You can do it!

I'm doing like this now:

8:30 Wake. Shower
8:45 Make shake & drink 1qt green tea use Yohimburn take 1g alcar
9:00 abs, stretch
9:20 drink shake
9:30 lie down
10:30 oatmeal, flax, raisins, nuts, milk
11:45 shake
3:00 train, stretch
4:00 dring shake
4:15 lie down, stretch
6:00 veggie stir fry w/shrimp, tofu, egg.
9:00 eggs

I am cutting, so I'm not eating much now. It's about 260g protein (i'm not on any juice now), low GI carbs (oat), and lots of fiber and good fat (nuts, oils) You should eat moreRelaxing, stretching, and drinking a lot of water will help you recover.

The high fiber and good fats won't help you win the bet, but they're good for your cholesterol.
