Sustain is totally different than HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - , and is really not a substitute.

Here is the key difference…

Sustain stimulates lh - leutenizing hormone - from the brain, and if there are massive amounts of steroids bound to the AR and ER receptors in the brain then it won’t stimulate LH.

hCG mimics LH, so it goes straight to the testes to stimulate testosterone production no matter how much steroid is in the system. This is why I always say use hCG on cycle to keep things running as normal.

I think it could be safely relied on as a light AI... perhaps for an average 150-250mg/week HRT dose.
