Correct Dextrose Measurement....final Word!!!!!!!

Supplementsdirects Dextrose is labled as 75 grams per 1/3 cup. I just bought some Dex from Now foods and its labled at 1.25 tablespoon is 4 grams of dextrose. Now thats 4 grams= 4 grams sugar/carbs.
I read that a few bros actually weighed 1/3 of a cup of Dextrose and they came out with about 55 grams, so 1/3 of a cup is 55 grams of dextrose which is way off from supplementdirects label.


So now from what I hear 1/2 cup is actually 75 grams....What is the correct measurement of dextose?

I've measure myself with the scooper used in my protein container and it measures to be 50g/scoop.

You can only use volume measurements as a guide. Different batches and manufacturers will give differnt grain sizes, plus the powder is compactable. Thats why whey, dextrose etc is sold by weight not volume.

If you want to get super accurate get a small kitchen scale with 1 gram incraments.
