Should i be takin creatin on just my training days m,w,f of should i be taking it 5 days a week,,,lemme know. i was thinkin of 10g/day only on lift days.

Dude, take the creatine every day. That will maintain the concentrations in your muscle and the stuff is so cheap now that cost really isn't a consideration. Hell, when I use creatine anymore, it's Weider shit from Wal-Mart, and it works just fine.
