controlled or not controlled

Hey everyone! Newbie here, been watching the board for a while, but this is my first post. Just a quick question to clear things up. Obviously Deca, Winny, sust, test and etc. are controlled substances, but what is considered non controlled? Like proviron or arimidex?
And what happens when a non controlled package is seized? Any help you guys can give me is greatly appreciated.

What is considered non controlled? Clomid? Anti-estrogens?

YES, Clomid and Proviron/Armidex are not considered controlled substances, but they are still illegal to have without a Doctors prescription.

proviron is a controlled substance..it is an anabolic steriod..
a package had 300 salbuatamol and 60 provir..the package was opened by customs...the prov was siezed and they passed the salbutam
another good point to use sal and not clen..it it were clen it would have gotten siezed..clen is not an approved FDA drug in the USA

Cytomel

hi i just saw a website offering DICYCLOFENIL is that the same thing as cyclofenil? also if u order a non controlled substance what happens if its seized?
