This was my first contest. I dieted down for 9 weeks I needed as you can probably see 12. My legs and lower abs never really came in. I started to burn up doing cardio the last week to try to make my weight class but in doing so i lost the hardness that I wanted and I came in alittle flat. I was 198.5 in the morning. In the evening I looked alittle better and alittle fuller. I will post pictures taken in the evening later on. I would like to goto the heavy's by april. Advice suggestions, critics, all welcome. Thanks.
