

ive been building for aprox 1 year diet and nutrition are in check so is my training schedule.im a natural hardgainer so i fight for every pound.im considering a deca cycle what should i expect for gains and also for post cycle losses.ofcourse i have no problem training hard to acheive desired results im just worried ill lose in the end can i build through anabolics and then keep what i gain without continuosly cycling for life also suggestions on 1rst cycles would be appreciated thanks homies
