...confussed about dieting???

Ok im alittle confussed about what my diet should be made of, im 32yo 5'11 and 155lbs, im been working out only for a couple of months, I just started a 4 week cycle of m droll its suppose to be like superdroll, im just wanting to gain maybe 5-7 pounds and get my abs and chest in alittle better shape, one friend told me to eat all day and what ever I wanted and my muscle would grow but wouldnt I get belly fat, the other said to only eat chicken, fish and vetegables, but how can I gain weight just by eating fish and chicken??? please help..
 
Look around this forum here for peoples bulking diets. If you are gaining fat, then the diet isn't clean enough, its not that you are eating too much.
