I Usually Start Eating At 8 And Continue To Eat Every 3 Hours Usuaully Go To Train At 6 .. But Due My Schedule , I Usually Train And Do Cardio About 30min After Training. But Im Really Confused About Pre Workout And Pwo Meals. I Have My Last Meal At 2 Protein And Carbs And Have Preworkout Protein At 5 And Go Gym At 6 . Than After I Done W My Cardio I Have Pwo Drink. What Do You Think ? Should I Have My Pwo Drink After My Training Before My Cardio Or After Done W My Cardio , Im Bulking Now But How About Both Situations Bulking And Cutting
