I have been on his anavar for 4 weeks and in the first week my lifts including the bench press went up by 3 reps. 3 weeks later, nothing. My strength has not gone up nor my weight.
I took 6 IP anavar tabs with creatine and my stats are 6'1 at 238 pounds.
What I dont get is how come my strengh went up the first week and then stoped ever since? Is it possible my var was fake and the strengh came from the creatine and change in diet?
not sure if I should throw it away or continue using it..ive started cutting now but before I was eating 4500 callories a day.
