Conflicting Info about cycles

I have been conflicting information from a numerous of sources about how to generate cycles. People tell me not to use certain AS with others, don't taper up/down, how long to go and how long to take a break and etc. I need some feedback with generating a couple good/great bulk/strength cycles and cutting cycles. The following is the gear I currently have to use:

1. 3750mg Sustanon 250 (IJ)
2. 5000mg Anapolon (O)
3. 4750mg D-bol (O)
4. 15000mg DECA (IJ)
5. 6000mg EQ (IJ)
6. 4500mg Winnie (IJ)
7. 5000mg Masteron (O)
8. 3750mg Methandriol (O)
9. 5250mg Fina (IJ)
10. 250 tabs Superclen
11. 200mg Salbuterol
12. 10,000mcg T3
13. 23,000iu's HCG
14. 4800mg Clomid
15. 700mg Nolvadex
