redshirt lives in OOB during the off rental season...I'm about 20 minutes North when I am in Maine. I can see Old Orchard Beach from my backyard...I think I had a pic in my gallery section.

Grape Smuggler central.....although the new condos make it more a local hangout now than tourist. Strong loonie should bring more people back.

I use to go up to Montreal quite a bit on the weekends, had a girlfriend in Laval (dancer on St. Catherine's) - but love going up to Old Quebec city to chat with the beauties. Looking forward to the dollar coming back.
