Ok, you know the software where you talk and it types it on the screen? Well how about a reverse of that software. You type and save it to a file or something and then a voice reads it back to you.

yep, we have it at my school, its just a thing u load onto word.

u can pick the voice, and everytime u hit space it says the word u just typed

It comes as standard on the mac. I had software to do that with early Creative Labs Soundblasters about 12 years back. Dr. Sbaitso it was called.

I've never had cause to use any Windows software to do text to speech but a Google gave this:
