Computer companies to order from...help

i dont want to build my own though. By the way, i could build my own computer, with a lot better stats for under 1700. just thought i'd throw that out there. Plus i want the new p4's so there is no real advantage to building your own because basically the dell's are the same price as buying the components seperately anyway.
