Is it normal to require excess sleep if you've deadlifted/squatted? I noticed that I'm extremely tired during the day and I must sleep in excess of 2-3 hours in addition to the 6-8 hours at night. Would it be wise to do heavy compounds the night before exams or should I keep light? Unfortunately my vital exams are 9:00 am. I don't wanna doze off during exams.
