Hello guys and gals,
Im new here and looking for some help and pointers. I am 43 and decided to finally take care of myself. I am 6 foot 3 and i USED to weigh 311 pounds. I started a very strict diet and i have been able to get myself down to 243 pounds as of this morning! I started at the gym like 2 weeks ago and i find it very hard as i do not have the strength and go 5 times a week and i am finding it difficult to keep up! Maybe it is because of the age and the fact i just started. Yes when i was loosing all the weight last year i used wins to help and it did wonders. I wanted to know is the anything with a good diet i could use to give me the little push start i need. Maybe like some good energizer batteries! Would love to be like that bunny and keep going and going :supercool. Anyways all feedback would be greatly appreciated thanks! Just need some good advice to be pointed in the right direction as no one in my entourage does the gym thing and no one can really help me!
Thanks
Randy

1st thing I would look at is your diet.. post up your current diet.. are you taking any supplements? Also post your current training routine.. you might be over doing it..

Lots of training with out the proper nutrition can make you feel like shit

Breakfast have oats instead of Kelloggs.. those cereals are usually full of sugar.. oats are a nice start to the day.. complex carbs.

Have a few eggs for breakfast aswell. 4 will be fine

You don't need that many protein.shakes to be honest..1 with breakfast, 1 after training and 1 before bed is plenty..

You mentioned your only training 2weeks so its going.to take your body time to adapt to the healthy food and exercise.. the diet might give you move energy but the motivation is all up to you

It's still going to be a shock to the body especially with a low calorie diet your body is fighting back

Take 2 goody powders 30 min before working out thats what i use to get a killer workout.

You don't really have a question. And it isn't about anabolics. You might fare better at the supps and diet sections.

Take 2 scoops of ntkts, forged 1g stim, or 2 atomic tabs and get your ass to the gym. I have to have a good reason not to go. I can't wait to get in the gym. If you can't find the motivation to go lift then you won't last.

Motivation is not the problem what so ever!!! Motivation check! Diet check! I think i need some extra boost , maybe anab :p...

If your implying that you feel aas is what you need, then your wrong.

Aas will hold you back in your attempt to get in shape, it's the sad truth. Anyone that disagrees I can guarantee that they have never truly been in tip top shape, what you need is a good natural test booster and put in the time and work to build a real solid base which takes a good 6 months a year minimum.

After you have a solid base built I would say it would be ok to add in something as you would be able to get the real benefit from it.

^^^^ I totally agree. Anabolics is not the solution you're looking for. Using winstrol when you were extremely overweight was nothing short of dangerous. keep it natural and get a good base on your body. stick to your training and stick to a healthy, high protein diet for the next year or more before gettin into the anabolic game. 2 weeks just isn't enough. Natural test boosters would work wonders at your age
