Competative Natural Bodybuilder

i don't see how people can question his "naturalness"... he's running a low amount of BF, and showing some great definition, but he is far from being a mass monster...

some fucking haters in the house, is all i see...

looking jacked man, keep up the good work...

My favorite comment about str8 so far is :

Ya this guy looks very natural !!! STFU please........ 95% or maybe more of my entire gym and every gym that I have went too does not have one guy that looks like this.

PRobably because most people don't dedicate themselves like layne. I've known layne since middle school and he was nothing big. He ran cross country for goodness sakes. He was little to be nice. He has trained consistently for years. That includes watching his diet and learning as much as he could to get bigger.
this guys has excellent genetics and obviously trains like an animal, anyone that lean would be questioned for anabolic use. I look good and I train 4 times a week with weights, and do cardio up the ass and I do not look even close to this guy. I am like 170 with maybe 9% BF. that is why I questioned him.

Once again, layne's genetics are not amazing, I'm tempted to say that he has perhaps mediocre or just above mediocre genetics. His legs are the most stubborn things in the world. Seriously, the guy staight up trains his balls off for years on end just to get where his legs are now. They aren't gigantic, but they are something to be proud of. I wish mine were there! I'll admit, his upper body is a better responder than his lower, but once again, he worked for all of it. Few naturals train as heavy and as hard as him.

but it is possible to have this build without using ? yes it is.... with a combo of great genes and hard work and killer diet. (not too mention the non-anabolic stuff he is using)

With a combo of hard work and no compromise, yes it is possible. Few people dedicate themselves the way layne has. Actually, I'm pretty sure we are all after an anabolic environment. Eggs are pretty anabolic. Ok, done being a smart ass. Work hard, stay strict and be consistent and see the rewards come.

I actually used your chest (no barbell's) strictly Db's and I notice a good difference. my shoulder pain is much better and my chest is getting a great pump !!!

I do incline and decline DB presses.

Karma to you :)

This is your mongolian bar-b-q friend, C. Pyle. I'm not just kissing your ass though! I've just seen the work you've put in. Everybody wants to write off hard work and put it in a category like steroids, because they don't feel like they, themselves can put forth such an effort. THat or they just haven't seen someone personally with the intensity you have in the gym, and the strictness outside of it. Keep it up, I wanna see that natty pro card!

Ps- I also want some charlie's soon, call when you get in.

To everyone else, listen to what this guy has to say and apply it. Layne knows alot, so consider him a bonafied, qualified advice giver.

Thanks maverick. I really like dumbbells, you get a better stretch and peak contraction and since it allows you to move your hands laterally, unlike barbell, it is much easier on your shoulders.
