Which is worst for fat gain: 3 regular cheese slices of pizza or 3 regular scoops of vanilla ice cream? I know they are both good for bulking and somewhat healthy but I can't eliminate both from my diet.
 
Weird question. I'd have to say that the ice cream would be worse for you though...
 
What a stupid question. They both are equally shitty for you and they both will make you a fat fuck equally as fast. If you are worried about fat gain don't eat either. Why don't you go to the Jenny Craig board and ask this.
 
Neither is that bad in moderation. I always buy Bryers low fat ice cream, and I make my own pizza and ccok it in the oven to avoid grease. I wipe the grease/fat off the cheese and eat.

Pizza, dairy queen blizzards. These are my food weaknesses, I have many others but these are the bad ones. I just try to be real qood with all other areas of the diet and do more cardio after a bad meal or something.
 
If everything else is in order (training, diet, etc) having both of them seldomly and in reasonable amounts wont be too harmful, particularly if you're bulking up. Life is short, keep mindful of your goals, but there's no need to become overally anal about every aspect of your life---it'll just make you an unbearable asshole. Try to reserve them for either, earlier in the day, post workout, or on a "cheat day", and don't make a habit of turning to them for comfort.
 
Good advice pimpnainteasy! Post workout is a good choice for the ice cream and pizza only once a week during spring/summer.
